Just as the team spirit of a sports team is a key indicator of that team’s success, the same is true for work teams. Every member of Access Office Industries™ team does feel a sense of belonging, that they are an integral and necessary part of the team’s success. If each member is personally excited about and invested in what is being accomplished as a team, the focus will automatically switch from the individual to the common good of the team.
