AusFile Replacement Part Policy
Thank you for your purchase of a AusFile® Steel Storage Product!
We are confident that you will appreciate the fine quality and craftsmanship of your selection. AusFile® steel storage stands proudly behind each and every product we manufacture and we guarantee our work through the following Five (5) years limited warranty. We appreciate your business and look forward to your business in the years ahead. In order to provide you with timely assistance, please thoroughly inspect your furniture for missing of defective parts immediately after opening the carton. To receive replacement or missing parts under this warranty, call our Consumer Service Department. Please have your sales receipt or other proof of purchase.
AusFile® steel storage products are warranted to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for a period of five (5) years thereafter.

Replacement Part Policy
Access Office Industries® carries a full range of replacement parts. These parts include but shall not be limited to Ball Bearing Runners, Hinges, and Locks, Glides as well as all other moving or fixed parts that might wear over time. If for any reason Access Office Industries® is unable to supply an original part to match the existing, it shall make available a fully compatible replacement that will work like the original.
It is the Policy of Access Office Industries® to maintain availability of parts for the current range of products to supply after the guarantee has expired. All replacement parts shall be supplied through the dealer the goods were originally purchased from. In the event of this not being practical, Access Office Industries® will at its discretion supply the parts directly. All cost of Freight or transport is the sole responsibility of the customer.
To ensure that this is achievable Access Office Industries® have ensured it’s suppliers of AusFile® product agree to the same terms as above
As a supplier of the AusFile® product to Access Office Industries® I fully agree to support the supply of spare parts for a minimum (5) five years from date of sale.
